I’ve been traveling my whole life, from camping on the Outer Banks at 2 to hiking the Grand Canyon at 13 to studying abroad in Denmark at 20 to wherever I’m headed this year! I was lucky enough to have a family that instilled in me a love of all things nature along with enough independence to not get myself into too much trouble while exploring. Usually.

Originally from Michigan, I’m now in Utah working as a ski patroller, which is basically the best job ever. Alongside that, I train horses and write/blog until my hands go numb. My job gives me a couple of off seasons per year, during which I do my best to disappear to wherever sounds the most interesting at the moment.
